You don’t have to be daring all the time. Sometimes a deep, dusky pink is just the ticket and very posh indeed. (from butter London website)

Diamond Geezer

Diamond Geezer

Proper platinum, silvery and shiny. It’s finger-bling that sparkles like the real thing, but doesn’t cost it! (from butter London website)

The Full Monty

Does what it says on the bottle. Full-on molten gold. A beautiful colour that is always classy, never brassy. (from butter London website)

Tart With A Heart

Tart With A Heart

Who says pink glitter can’t be girly ANDsexy?! This pale pink parade of glitter carries a dash of grey to tone down the sugar and ramp up the spice. *Limited Edition*  (from butter London website)

Knees Up

Knees Up

A smashing metallic red perfect for getting smashed in. (from butter London website)

I think Tart With A Heart might be my favourite of all but shhh... don't want the other polishes to be sad ;)

Christmas Gift Ideas - Eyeshadow Palettes

Hi Ladies,

here are some of my Christmas Gift Ideas - for eyeshadow palettes from

My current favourite make up brand

MUA has the most amazing quality/price rate in eyeshadow palettes!

The colours and pigmentation are great and there is so much to choose from:

Immaculate Collection Palette

MUA says: MUA Pro's fantastic collection of 24 highly pigmented eye shadows with both matte and shimmer finish to suit every tone and taste. This must have beauty bargain offers ladies a unique palette containing a selection of the hottest new A/W fashion forward eye shadows as well some of MUA’s best selling much loved shades from brown shimmer tones to nude and natural hues.

Immaculate Collection Palette

I say: Amazing! I have been in love with this palette since the first time I saw it. It almost has a little bit of everything! I'm on a very tight budget but couldn't keep myself from placing an order on MUA's new webstore (that recently started shipping internationally!) specially because for 8£ spent you get a FREE Immaculate Collection Palette. That's right. FREE...! Got to love MUA! Mine is already on its way =)

Heaven & Earth Palette

Heaven & Earth Palette

I say: Have this one. GREAT palette! Amazing neutrals that you can wear in an everyday basis or for smokey or more festive eyes. People often call this one a dupe for the Urban Decay Naked Palette. Not having tried the Naked Palette I can't officially make a statement on this but I believe, as it doesn't have all shades present on the NP, it can't be called a dupe, but for sure is something very close to it =)
Full review in upcoming post

Starry Night

MUA says: A fab 12 flattering on-trend shimmer shades to suit all skin tones. No matter what the occasion, your Starry Night palette will always deliver the perfect results. Create a sultry evening glamour look with shimmering greys and smoky purples

Starry Night Palette

I say: Have this one too. Currently my FAVOURITE! It is an amazing palette, perfect for smokey eyes. All shadows are pigmented and mostly shimmer. Full review in upcoming post.

Dusk Till Dawn Palette

MUA saysDusk till Dawn is a highly pigmented eye shadow palette that has 12 shimmer shades. This stunning palette contains strong and deep shades as well as natural shades which allow one to uncover their hidden fantasies. Each shade can be applied alone for a dramatic effect or mixed to create a natural look.

Dusk Till Dawn

I say: This is another great palette, actually a favourite for some people.I don't have this one both because money isn't very abundant so I can't buy everything I want but also because it contains some shadows that are similar to Heaven & earth ones.

Pretty Pastels Palette

MUA says: 12 Highly-pigmented complementary pastel shimmer eye shadows. These pretty shades can be applied in a host of colour combinations and intensities, for a look that ranges from the most natural to the most sophisticated.

Pretty Pastels Palette

I say: How pretty is this?! So delicious! Unfortunately I don't own this either but sure would love too. In my opinion, it's perfect for spring or for a soft look, very feminine. Go check it out if you like it.

Poptastic Palette

MUA says:
The Poptastic Palette contains a fusion of vibrant colours for the more daring, with bright blues to a shocking pink amongst the 12 highly-pigmented eye shadow shades. This palette contains shimmer shades with complimentary shades that keep their vibrancy on all skin tones.
Poptastic Palette

I say: Some people love this palette and say it's most pigmented. For me it's still a beautiful palette but a little to out there. Too much poptastic =)

Glitterball Palette

MUA says: Highly-pigmented shimmer colours, ranging from green to purple, allowing you to create endless looks fit for day or night. Each of the 12 shades can be applied alone for a dramatic effect or mixed to create a personalised look.

Glitterball Palette

I say: Another pretty palette. The colours are really cute if you want your life to be glittery.

Glamour Days Palette

MUA says: Glamour Days palette contains a collection of 12 highly pigmented eye shadows in shimmer and matte to suit different skin tones to create a glamorous day look.
Glamour Days Palette
I say: If I didn't already own Heaven & Earth and Starry Night Palettes (and in a few days Immaculate collection as well),I would most definitely buy this palette for myself. It is perfect for everyday use with neutrals and also some colour. LOVE IT =)

Glamour Nights Palette

MUA says: Glamour Nights Eye Palette contains 12 hot new eye shadows in shimmer and matte to give you the most beautiful party looks. Whether you’re after a classic smoky eye, a catwalk metallic hue or a bright pop of colour, you’ll find it all here in MUA’s Glamour Nights.

Glamour Nights Palette

I say: This is definitely a palette for those who are not affraid to use colour. I confess it intimidates me a little bit, but who can stay indifferent to those beautiful bold colours? Perfect for going out and dazzeling everyone with your bold look =)

So these are my suggestions for Eyeshadow Palette Gifts.

Whoever you are giving one of these will be SO happy. Believe. Me.
